Week Six: Standing Firm and Faithful

1 Peter 4:12—5:14, Peter is concluding his letter of encouragement to suffering, scattered Christians. He is not only calling them to endure but, because Jesus suffered for them, to be willing to lay down their lives in service of others. This is the true message we are to stand in as we resist evil, remain good witnesses, and abide in the true Word of God. The Lord God is overseeing all of his chosen precious people, and he will keep them to the end.
